Working Together for ASD’s Future
ASD’s Board committees are where governance comes to life. Each committee meets regularly, advances specific priorities, and brings recommendations to the full Board. All meetings are open to the public, and community participation is welcomed.
Facilities Committee
The Facilities Committee focuses on the long-range physical and operational needs of the ASD campus. It meets on the second Friday of each month from 9:00–10:00am at ASD and/or online.

Policy Committee
The Policy Committee ensures that all School Board policies required by NH State Law are in place, adopted, and kept current for ASD. It meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 2:00–3:00pm at ASD and/or online.

Strategic Planning, Initiatives & Outreach Committee
This committee keeps ASD focused on its future: aligning board priorities, building relationships with local businesses and organizations, and tracking legislation that affects NH charter schools. It meets every two weeks on Mondays from 9:00–10:00am at ASD and/or online.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee works with ASD’s Business Office to monitor expenses, plan the annual budget, support audits, and contribute to long-term financial forecasting. It meets on the first Friday of each month from 8:00–9:30am, jointly with the Personnel Committee.

Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee works with ASD Administration on staffing needs, contract renewals, and employee handbook language. It meets on the first Friday of each month from 8:00–9:30am, jointly with the Finance Committee.
