 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Attend Informational Session to learn about the School

  2. Application Cover Sheet

  3. Cerificate of Residency
    4. Must be notarized by a town official.

  4. Parent Permission for Release of General School Records

  5. Parent Permission for Release of Special School Records

  6. School Transcripts
    7. The most efficient way to handle student transcripts is for parents to obtain these from their school and include these with application materials.

  7. Academic Survey
    8. Must be complete by the student.

  8. Letters of Reference
    9. Two Letters of Reference from school officials, at least one from a math or science teacher
    One Letter of Reference from someone outside the school system.
    A letter is provided to the potential reference writers explaining what information is requested.

  9. Letter From Parent (optional)

  10. Student Interview
    11. The student interview has several purposes:
      1) to answer student questions
      2) to explain the school
      3) to better understand the student’s prior academic program
      4) to provide time for student to tell about an area of science, math, engineering, technology, or design that interests the student.
